is all about providing effective physical fitness, strength and
flexibility programs coupled with sound nutritional systems and

Maxifit we use our 20 years of industry experience to provide
continually changing programs which over a period of time increase:
- Cardiovascular fitness via our cardio training studio utilising steppers, spin bikes, rowers and boxing.
- Flexibility via our extensive stretching program.
- Strength via our Maxigain resistance training program utilising our fully equipped commercial gym.
- Nutritional confidence and control through our 12 week Maxitrition
weight loss program
and our online Maxitrition simple meal planning system.
At Maxifit our goals are your goals and we have developed a series of programs that cater for everybody at any stage of fitness. We personally assist you away from the pain and emotional distress of being less than you can be, and put you on a path of health and fitness awareness and assurance that will build confidence into your life and transform your body inside and out.
We at Maxifit are here to motivate you into a new beginning and a new life style. There is no need to become a gym junky to become fit; it’s all about consistency, intensity and of course using intelligent training programs and techniques to develop your health and fitness future.
From as little as two training sessions per week can be all it takes, and you will see over time your body and life start to change, “permanent change”. We want to set people up for their health and fitness future, we want to teach you and train you in a way that will carry you through life’s many challenges.

Being able to choose from our Private Personal Training Studio located in Wodonga to start you on or continue your health and fitness journey or joining one of Australia's leading fitness centres in Albury (Jetts) is a substantial point of difference that Maxifit offers. Some people like the privacy of our Wodonga studio and only want to train by appointment and others like the best of both worlds by being able to utilise the Maxifit Personal Training Sessions at Jetts Fitness Albury as well as being able to exercise at their own leisure any time they want 24/7.
