Cancellation Policy
We care about the success of your training. Your
training fee includes the time we spend preparing for your workout
before you arrive, in addition to the booked time we spend with you.
We understand that things come up and we appreciate that you prioritize
coming in for your scheduled appointment. If you do need to cancel an
appointment, we do require 24 hours notice. Otherwise you will be
charged for the full session unless we can fill your appointment time
with another client on short notice. We will make every effort to
accommodate and help.
Even if you're just having a low energy day, it's better to come in and
have a light session or use the time to plan with your trainer and
measure your results. Often just coming in is all it takes to get
motivated!

Late Policy
All clients and trainers are encouraged to be prompt.
If a client arrives late, this time will be deducted from the session;
contrarily, if a trainer arrives late, the amount of time will be added
for an extended session if available and client agrees or session will
be at no charge.
Please be advised that trainers are required to wait 15 minutes for a
scheduled client, after which time the session is subject to
cancellation and clients will be charged for a full session.
