The Maxifit Journey

Maxifit is all about effective biweekly training for late teens through to people in their eighties. At Maxifit we use our 20 years of industry experience to provide continually changing programs which over a period of time increase:

  • Cardiovascular fitness via our cardio training studio.
  • Flexibility via our extensive stretching program.
  • Strength via our Maxigain resistance training program.
  • Nutritional confidence and control via our nutritional  awareness program.

At Maxifit our goals are your goals and we have developed a series of programs that cater for everybody at any stage of fitness. We personally assist you away from the pain and emotional distress of being less than you can be, and put you on a path of health and fitness awareness and assurance that will build confidence into your life and transform your body inside and out.

We at Maxifit are here to motivate you into a new beginning and a new life style. There is no need to become a gym junky to become fit; it’s all about consistency, intensity and of course using intelligent training programs and techniques to develop your health and fitness future.

Twice a week is all it takes, and you will see over time your body and life start to change, “permanent change”. We want to set people up for their health and fitness future, we want to teach you and train you in a way that will carry you through life’s many challenges.

So if you want maximum results in as little as two 30 minute or 60 minute sessions per week, then Maxifit is your pathway to health and fitness success.
