Hi,
My name is Phil and I’m looking forward to helping you with your health and fitness pursuits at Maxifit.
My Background:
My fitness life began at age 15 training regularly in the local gym and doing various other cardio based training such as running and cycling.
I joined the Australian Army in 1988 as a storeman with the 5th Aviation Regiment. Whilst employed in that role I soon was noticed to be a passionate fitness identity and soon became the Squadron Physical Training Instructor.
I left the Army in 1990 to pursue my fitness career and enrolled in the Adult Leaders Fitness Award Scheme at Monash University. After completing this I began training people in gyms, their homes and in 1996 started my own Personal training studio.
In 2000 I decided to become a builder, building over 50 homes to date as well as keeping my hand in the fitness game. I have always studied, lived and breathed fitness, and now have decided to dedicate myself full time to the teaching and training of people to become the very best they can be in the realm of health and fitness.

Things I like:
As well as totally loving my family, my friends, watching movies and weight training, I am absolutely passionate about teaching and training people how to create a new lifestyle that includes sound nutritional planning and an adequate physical fitness regime that will allow people to be stronger, leaner and more flexible that ever.
